Vail Colorado Wedding- Martha&Drew

Winter wonderland wedding made possible by the amazing 12 inches of snow that Vail, CO provided.

The drive to the getting-ready site was a nightmare but I would take that drive again, if I had to spend my day with this amazing people, which include the bride and groom.

Vail did not disappoint, as well as this dreamy wedding that I just cannot get over! It was nice going to Vail once again, as I have met with Martha and Drew for their engagement session last year. Sunshine or snow, both Martha and Drew, radiated with love through the day.

Martha had a gorgeous, off white lace gown that flowed through the cold snow. She looked like a snow princess for her big day, move over Elsa.

You could tell Martha loved the snow and handled it very well, her wedding party on the other hand was freezing! We got quick shots outdoors of the wedding party, since we felt bad that they were shacking from the cold. But, take a look at the bride and groom images- they were AMAZING!

One of the best moments of the wedding was the bride and groom’s love for one another and the emotions they had for each other. Their family is pretty great as well! Grandpa was the sweetest of the bunch. Grandpa was taking pictures of all the vendors, including us!

This day is one for the books and so in love with what we do. I feel like we captured their wedding to a T and I hope Martha and Drew think that as well.

Jaclyn & Adam Wedding at Crystal Rose | Golden, CO

Such a wonderful wedding that we got to capture! Heading to Crystal Rose, for the second time, and watched the beautiful scenery as my husband drove us out there. I was so excited to shoot there again, since it goes so smoothly and its on point with organization.

Despite the clouds rolling in and out, and making me work when we were doing the ceremony; it was a perfect day! We got gorgeous lighting for the bride and groom images and a little wind for the exit. The details, the food, the cake (specially the Bronco hat cake), the atmosphere: all were perfect in their own way! We did get super stoked to the bride and groom dance, but so happy they did what they love and rocked out (literally).

I absolutely LOVE my clients. I am very blessed to be chosen to capture their memories!

Shannon&Steven Wedding | Conifer, CO

The day of your wedding is something you want to remember forever. Unfortunately, memories fade away but with images we can re-live those breathtaking moments.

Shannon and Steven had a gorgeous wedding. From the beginning to the end, you can feel the immense love towards each other. From the moment of getting ready they both got emotional, as if it was a surreal day.

My husband Jose took the groomsmen images at the same time I was out at a different location near the venue to shoot the bridesmaids. He dropped me off and I have to say, I did miss him that hour apart.

The day was raining off and on but the beauty of the wedding made the day seem as if no rain poured down. The first look at the bridge was very intimate and meaningful for both Shannon and Steven. His reaction was priceless, as he looked at his soon to be bride!

The day went on and we captured a beautify of a tale. It was a God filled ceremony and we could feel His presence. I absolutely loved all of the details and uniqueness Shannon and Steve had at their venue.

Thank you both for allowing us to be a part of your big wedding day. We loved working with you and meeting your beautiful souls!

Colorado Elopement | Rocky Mountain National Park

We spent the evening out in the cold wind and snow for this lovely shoot and we had no regrets. Even though our toes were frozen and we couldn’t feel out fingers, this session was one for the books.

Driving to the amazing rocky mountains was a great drive, despite the curves and patches of ice in the roads. The wind kicked in pretty good as we parked the car and got our gear down. I remember telling myself how much I was going to regret forgetting my gloves at home. We walked the 50 miles to the ideal spot to start shooting, ok I lie it was a block or so away but with the wind and cold, it felt like eternity. The snow was deep and our feet kept getting stuck as we walked. (note to self, get some snow shoes) All was worth it because the view on the other hand was a true winter wonderland!!

As we began to shoot, I fell in love with the couple. Their love was truly something the world will look up to. The way they looked at one another (even with frozen fingers), the way he held her hand and guided her… the way she lit up when he talked to her. These two surely made this session a dream to work with.

Elopements in Colorado are definitely worth it, if you love the backyard this state has to offer. Contact us if you’d love us to capture your day, it would be a blessing for us.

Bride and Groom portraits | Boulder, CO

I was sooooo blessed to have taken Miryam and Sergio’s bride and groom portraits. Their love has always radiated since their engagement session and this session was even better! They wed back in August and they were wanting epic bride and groom images. Part because they didn’t get that from their wedding photographer. I didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for their images. It truly breaks my heart hearing their images turned out horrible and as a wedding photographer myself, I had to step in and make this session EPIC!

We ended up going to The Cheesecake Factory right after and met there. We offered to eat together and she kindly declined. The most amazing surprise happened—So, some waiter we didn’t know took our check. We looked at it and saw the total scratched off. Well, we didn’t pay attention and were happily drinking away our Cucumber and Lime lemonade (which is the best, btw). So we look again and then we read the note. It said “Thank you for having such an amazing heart. Dinner is on us :)” Ok, I admit I still have the note with me on my wallet. It just made our day 1000x better.

We are so blessed to have found clients who value and cherish what we do. It was such an epic blessed day by the Lord.
